How to get to Lille:

By train

You can get to Lille in about :

90 minutes from London by direct train (http://www.eurostar.com)

1h from Paris (http://www.voyages-sncf.com/) .

40 minutes from Bruxelles (http://www.belgianrail.be/)

By Plane

Lesquin Airport is close to Lille (the low cost airline Ryanair connects it to major cities in Europe) but the easiest way to get to Lille from Britain or from across the Atlantic is to land at Roissy Airport (north of Paris) and take the direct train from Roissy to Lille (60 minutes).

How to get to Lille 3 University:

By metro

The University is only five stations away from Lille Flandres railway station.

From Lille Flandres, take the "4 Cantons" train (line 1) and get off at "Pont de Bois".

If you arrive at Lille Europe railway station, you have to change at Lille Flandres. Take the "Saint Philibert" train (line 2) and change at Lille Flandres. From Lille Flandres take the "4 Cantons" train (line 1) and get off at "Pont de Bois".
